Our rework trolley is characterized by flexible configuration options tailored to the application. The screw connections are checked, reworked and documented using the intuitive worker guidance and the high-precision torque wrench. All existing tools and systems can be integrated so that the customer remains as flexible as possible. In addition, the trolley can be configured entirely according to the customer's requirements so that we can offer exactly the right solution for the customer's application and the customer only pays for the features and advantages that are actually needed.

Operator

The successor model to our operator sets new standards in the field of electronic torque wrenches in terms of connection, handling and robustness. Thanks to the flexible connection options, the customer can integrate our wrench into existing screwdriver controls and is therefore not dependent on a manufacturer. In addition, the robust materials used mean that follow-up and service costs are very low. Visitors have the opportunity to test the new operator on our screwdriving simulator with a guided worker tour in order to get their own impression of the advantages in terms of handling and operation.

QuanTec MCS

With our mobile screw laboratory, the QuanTec MCS, visitors can delve deep into the topic of checking and analyzing screw connections. The corresponding test procedures can be set easily and flexibly directly on the wrench. This means that measurement and curve values for the screw connections can be output within a very short time. In addition, our QuanTec is able to record the preload force of the screw using a force measuring ring. The friction values can then also be determined in this way. Visitors will also have the opportunity to check the screw connection and determine the preload force and friction on tricky components.
